I am currently Senior Vice President, Actuarial Services with Cigna-HealthSpring (a Medicare Advantage plan) in Nashville, TN. In this role, I am responsible for leading the preparation of Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan bids. I also lead Risk Revenue reporting and analysis for the organization.
Prior to joining Cigna-HealthSpring in August 2007, I was an Associate Actuary with the Atlanta office of Milliman, Inc. At Milliman I worked on product design, pricing, preparing rate filings, analyzing the feasibility of participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs, and analysis of actuarial liabilities.
In May of 2004, I became a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. I am also a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota, Morris in Mathematics.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband Charlie, daughter Hartley, and our dog Hudson. I like traveling, watching sports, and playing the piano.

Al has spent over 20 years in the actuarial profession and is President & Senior Actuary of SIGMA Actuarial Consulting Group, Inc. located in Nashville, TN. Professional designations include Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Al graduated cum laude and with Honors (B.S. Genetics) from the University of Georgia.

Lauren Inglis is a Principal with Oliver Wyman Actuarial Consulting, Inc. located in the Nashville, TN office. With over 10 years of actuarial consulting experience, Lauren provides actuarial consulting services to corporations with self-funded insurance programs, captives, and governmental entities. She provides services involving most property and casualty lines of insurance including workers compensation, hospital professional liability, physician professional liability, general liability, product liability, and auto liability. Specifically she assists clients with evaluation of outstanding liabilities, confidence level analyses, cash flow studies, cost allocation models, risk retention studies, and self-insurance funding studies. Lauren serves on the Committee on Health Care Issues for the Casualty Actuarial Society.
